At the January 20, 2026 Finance Committee meeting, Port Moody City Council approved the provisional 2026 budget with a property tax rate increase of 4.25 per cent for the average household.
In accordance with Section 26(3) of the Community Charter, the Council of the City of Port Moody (the “City”) gives notice of its intention to dispose of land owned by the City under a Land Exchange Agreement (the “Agreement”) to be made with BDC (SPRING STREET) HOLDINGS LTD. and BDC (SPRING STREET) PROPERTY LTD.
