The City of Port Moody has purchased 32,710 square feet (0.75 acres or 0.3 hectares) of land – a combined total for four properties located near Kyle Centre (125 Kyle Street) and Kyle Park (2501 St. George Street) – for future use as public park space to serve the Moody Centre neighbourhood and the broader community.
In 2026, the City of Port Moody purchased four (4) residential properties in Moody Centre for future parkland expansion. Pursuant to Sections 26(3) and 94 of the Community Charter, the City of Port Moody hereby gives notice of the intention to lease the following City Assets:
