Pursuant to Section 26 of the Community Charter, the City of Port Moody intends to transfer a portion of the closed Foresthill Place road allowance, shown on the proposed subdivision plan of Map 1, having an area of approximately 0.06 ha (0.16 ac) appraised at approximately $700,000 in exchange for approximately 1.63 ha (4.02 ac) of parkland appraised at approximately $702,000.
