Voting by Mail Ballot

The mail ballot application form will be available online and at the Legislative Services counter at City Hall (100 Newport Drive) in late August. 

Voting by mail ballot is available to all qualified resident and non-resident property electors of Port Moody. Any person who meets the qualifications to vote as either a resident or non-resident property elector in Port Moody can apply to vote by mail.

All mail ballots must be received by the Election Office at City Hall or at an authorized drop-off location by 8:00pm on Saturday, October 17, 2026, in order to be counted for the election.
