Economic Development
Port Moody is a modern, urban community, located within the Metro Vancouver region. We are connected by rapid transit (SkyTrain), rail, major highways, and a deep-sea port. We are only a 45-minute drive from two international airports and the Canada-U.S. border.
Our natural setting, residential and recreation opportunities, and proximity to nearby Simon Fraser University and Douglas College David Lam Campus all serve as magnets to attract a skilled labour force.
