Port Moody Council is holding a Public Hearing to consider the following proposed bylaw:
- City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw, 2018, No. 2937, Amendment Bylaw No. 105, 2025, No. 3503 (Housekeeping - February 2025)
What it’s about: City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw, 2018, No. 2937 regulates, among other matters, the use and development of lands, buildings, and structures across the City. Through the practical use of the Zoning Bylaw, staff have identified areas where minor amendments are necessary to address errors or omissions, improve language clarity, and address changes to procedures or industry practices.
Purpose: To consider several proposed housekeeping amendments to City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw, 2018, No. 2937.

Copies of the bylaw and information package can be inspected in person at the second-floor counter in City Hall, Monday to Friday, from February 14, 2025 to March 4, 2025, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:30am to 5pm. Please note that City Hall will be closed on February 17, 2025 (Family Day).

If you believe your property is affected by the proposed housekeeping Zoning Bylaw amendments, you may comment directly to Council at the Public Hearing on March 4, 2025, by joining the electronic meeting as a participant or attending in person.
