Notice of Consideration of City of Port Moody Council Procedure Bylaw Amendment – July 28, 2026

At their July 14, 2026, Regular Council meeting, Port Moody Council gave first three readings to proposed City of Port Moody Council Procedure Bylaw, 2025, No. 3510, Amendment Bylaw No. 1, 2026, No. 3536. A Council Procedure Bylaw establishes the general procedures that Council follows in conducting their business. Pursuant to section 124(3) of the Community Charter, the Council of City of Port Moody will consider adoption of the proposed bylaw at the July 28, 2026, Regular Council meeting.
A copy of draft Bylaw No. 3536 can be inspected online at any time at portmoody.ca/publicnotices and in person at the Legislative Services counter on the first floor in City Hall, Monday to Friday, from July 15, 2026, to July 28, 2026, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:30am to 5pm.
