Corporate Project Plan

Each new Council develops a four-year Strategic Plan to guide priorities and decision-making over their term. Senior City staff create a supporting Corporate Project Plan that advances Council’s vision and aligns with priorities identified in the Strategic Plan. As new projects arise, they are assessed, resourced, and integrated into the Corporate Project Plan, and their priority is determined by Council.

Staff deliver regular progress reports at open Council meetings to provide an opportunity for Council and the public to understand how staff is advancing the Corporate Project Plan. You can view the status of any project in the plan by viewing our Public Dashboard.
