Port Moody extends utility bill deadline

In an effort to minimize the financial impact of COVID-19 on residents, the City of Port Moody has extended the March 31, 2020 five per cent penalty deadline for unpaid utility bills to September 30, 2020. 

Port Moody property owners have a number of ways to pay their utility bills: 

  1. Online by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express) through our website at portmoody.ca/eservices
  2. Through telephone/online banking. Search "Port Moody", pick utilities, and use your 5 digit utility account number
  3. At your bank, available at most Canadian financial institutions
  4. By cheque in the 24-hour Finance drop box located at the rear entrance to City Hall, payable to "City of Port Moody"
  5. By mail payable to "City of Port Moody", 100 Newport Drive, Port Moody B.C. V3H 5C3.

The City will also provide full refunds for programs or rentals affected by the closure of civic facilities. Memberships will be extended and late fees for overdue library books will not be applied during this time. Residents are asked to call or email if they have questions about a program or rental:
