Notice of Zoning Amendment Bylaw Without Public Hearing – Bylaw 3501 (1142 Cecile Drive)

When: Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 7pm
Where: Regular Council Meeting, attended by electronic meeting or by in-person attendance in Council Chambers, City Hall, 100 Newport Dr., Port Moody, B.C. (see portmoody.ca/councilmeetings for details and instructions)
Port Moody Council will consider the following proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendment:
Pursuant to sections 464(3) of the Local Government Act, and section 9.17 of Development Approval Procedures Bylaw, No. 3417, a Public Hearing will not be held.
Purpose: In the event of a transfer of density to Phases 4A, 4B, and 5, the intent is to:
- re-apportion the permitted density among Phases 4A, 4B, and 5;
- clarify the permitted building heights on those parcels; and
- establish additional setbacks.
