Drop-in Recreation
Take part in casual activities perfect for relaxation and social connection. You can either book a spot in advance using our online booking system or by calling 604-469-4561 during office hours, or simply walk in. Drop-ins are welcome if space permits. Booking opens 25 hours in advance to reserve your spot for the next day. Programs include:
Available Activities:
- Canasta: Played Monday afternoons.
- Tai Chi: Tuesday and Friday mornings.
- Bridge: Played Tuesday afternoons.
- Table Tennis: Available multiple times throughout the week, including afternoons on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- Ballroom Dancing: Wednesday mornings.
- Ukulele: Wednesday afternoons.
- Belly Dance Basics: Thursday evenings.

Drop-in Sports
All adult sports are inclusive and played at a fun, recreational level. Spots can be booked using our online booking system or by calling 604-469-4556 during office hours. Booking opens 25 hours in advance to reserve your spot for the next day.

- Soccer: Played Tuesday evenings.
- Floor Hockey: Played Wednesday evenings.
- Pickleball: Available multiple times throughout the week, including afternoons and evenings on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- Badminton: Played Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
- Walking Soccer: Played Wednesday and Friday mornings.
- Wheelchair Sports: Played Wednesday evenings.
- Volleyball: Played Sunday evenings.
