Port Moody offers a wide variety of recreation opportunities for adults and seniors to stay active, learn new skills, and connect with the community. Whether you're looking to enjoy registered programs, drop-in sports, or social recreation, there’s something for everyone. From pickleball, walking soccer, and nature walks to workshops and creative pursuits, our programs are designed to support your wellness and foster community connections.

The Recreation Complex also features a wheelchair-accessible indoor walking track, open during operating hours, with free access for seniors from 8:00am to 4:00pm daily. Explore our fitness page for even more ways to stay active.

Adult and senior registered programs

Our registered programs offer a wide variety of options to explore your interests and stay engaged:

  • Adult Sports: Includes recreational activities like pickleball and bocce.
  • Educational Programs: Creative writing, introductory art classes, workshops, and self-care programs.
  • Performing Arts: Ballroom dancing, line dancing, and Dance for Health.
  • General Activities: Walking groups, guided hikes, and more.

Adult and senior drop-in sports

Enjoy inclusive, recreational sports in a fun and welcoming environment. Booking opens 25 hours in advance via our online booking system or by calling 604-469-4556. Sports include basketball, soccer, floor hockey, pickleball, badminton, walking soccer, wheelchair sports, and volleyball.
