Thursday zone waste collection cancelled for December 22

Due to snow, the City has cancelled waste collection for the Thursday zone, which means there will be no pick up on December 22, 2022.

If you live in the Thursday zone, all your carts – garbage, recycling, and green waste – will be collected next week on Friday, December 30, 2022 (instead of Thursday, December 29 due to the statutory holiday on Monday, December 26).

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday zones: Some streets were not accessible for collection of green waste and recycling on Monday, December 19, and waste collection was cancelled on Tuesday, December 20 and Wednesday, December 21. All carts – garbage, recycling, and green waste – will be collected next week one day after your regular collection day due to the statutory holiday on Monday, December 26.
