Notice of Zoning Amendment Bylaw Without Public Hearing – Bylaw 3505 (2622 Henry Street) (RS1-S)

Port Moody Council will consider first, second, and third reading of the following proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendment:

Pursuant to sections 464(2) and 464(3) of the Local Government Act, and section 9.16 of Development Approval Procedures Bylaw, No. 3417, a Public Hearing will not be held.

What it’s about: The purpose of the proposed bylaw changes is to rezone the property at 2622 Henry Street from Single Detached Residential (RS1) Zone to Single Detached Residential – Small Lot (RS1-S) Zone to facilitate a subdivision to create two lots.
