Notice of Zoning Amendment Bylaw Without Public Hearing – Bylaw 3504 (330 Seaview Drive) (RS1-S)

When: Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 7pm
Where: Regular Council Meeting, attended by electronic meeting or by in-person attendance in Council Chambers, City Hall, 100 Newport Dr., Port Moody, B.C. (see portmoody.ca/councilmeetings for details and instructions)

Port Moody Council will consider the following proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendment:

Pursuant to sections 464(2) of the Local Government Act, and section 9.16 of Development Approval Procedures Bylaw, No. 3417, a Public Hearing will not be held.

What it’s about: This proposed bylaw change is to rezone the property at 330 Seaview Drive from Single Detached Residential (RS1) Zone to Single Detached Residential – Small Lot (RS1-S) Zone to facilitate a subdivision to create two lots.

Purpose: To rezone the property at 330 Seaview Drive from Single Detached Residential (RS1) Zone to Single Detached Residential – Small Lot (RS1-S) Zone to facilitate a subdivision to create two lots.

Copies of the bylaw and information package can be inspected online at any time at portmoody.ca/planningnotice or in person at the second-floor counter in City Hall, Monday to Friday, from February 7, 2025, to February 25, 2025, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:30am to 5pm.
