Notice of Proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw Without Public Hearing – October 14, 2025

City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw, 2018, No. 2937, Amendment Bylaw No. 111, 2025, No. 3517 (120 April Road) (RS1-S) will be presented to Council for consideration of first, second, and third readings. Pursuant to section 464(2) of the Local Government Act and section 9.16 of the Development Approval Procedures Bylaw, No. 3417, a Public Hearing will not be held.  

What it’s about: The purpose of the proposed bylaw changes is to rezone the property at 120 April Road from Single Detached Residential (RS1) zone to Single Detached Residential – Small Lot (RS1-S) zone to facilitate a subdivision to create two lots.
