Notice of Proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw Without Public Hearing – Bylaw 3489 (2340 Clarke Street)

Port Moody Council will consider the following proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw for first, second, and third readings. Pursuant to section 464(2) of the Local Government Act and section 9.17 of Development Approval Procedures Bylaw, No. 3417, a Public Hearing will not be held.
The purpose of the proposed bylaw changes is to rezone the subject property from ‘M1’ – Light Industrial to ‘C3’ – General Commercial to allow for non-market residential housing above the existing House of Omeed charity.
Copies of the bylaw and information package can be inspected in person at the second-floor counter in City Hall, Monday to Friday, from October 24, 2024, to November 12, 2024, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:30am to 5pm.
