Notice of Proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw Without Public Hearing – Bylaw 3462 (832 Ballantrae Court)

When: Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 7pm

Where: Electronic meeting or by in-person attendance in Council Chambers, City Hall, 100 Newport Dr., Port Moody, B.C. (see portmoody.ca/councilmeetings for details)

Port Moody Council will consider the following proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw for first, second, and third readings. Pursuant to sections 464(2) of the Local Government Act and section 9.16 of Development Approval Procedures Bylaw, No. 3417, a Public Hearing will not be held.

The purpose of this proposed bylaw change is to rezone the property at 832 Ballantrae Court from the Single Detached Residential (RS1) Zone to the Single Detached Residential – Small Lot (RS1-S) Zone to facilitate a subdivision of the property into two lots.

Copies of the bylaw and information package can be inspected online or inspected in person at the second-floor counter in City Hall, Monday to Friday, from June 7 to June 25, 2024, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:30am to 5pm.
