Notice of Intent: Land Disposition (BDC)

Purpose: In accordance with Section 26(3) of the Community Charter, the Council of the City of Port Moody  (the “City”) gives notice of its intention to dispose of land owned by the City under a Land Exchange Agreement (the “Agreement”) to be made with BDC (SPRING STREET) HOLDINGS LTD. and BDC (SPRING STREET) PROPERTY LTD. (collectively, “BDC”) pursuant to which the City will transfer the fee simple interest in the lands and premises highlighted in blue as shown on Map 1 measuring approximately 1,355 m² (the “City Lands”) to BDC in exchange for BDC to transfer, by way of road dedications (one of which will be secured by a Highway Reservation Covenant and Option to Purchase to be granted by BDC to the City to secure the future road dedication), the lands highlighted in dark red as shown on Map 1, collectively measuring approximately 1,449m² (the “BDC Lands”) and other good and valuable consideration.
