Notice of first, second, and third reading for Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3441

When: Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 7pm

Where: Electronic meeting or by in-person attendance in Council Chambers, City Hall, 100 Newport Dr., Port Moody, B.C. (see portmoody.ca/councilmeeting for details)

Port Moody Council will consider first, second, and third reading of the following Zoning Amendment Bylaw to permit a Commercial use on the subject property.

Pursuant to section 464(2) of the Local Government Act and section 9.17 of Development Approval Procedures Bylaw No. 3417, a Public Hearing will not be held.

Copies of the bylaw can be inspected online at portmoody.ca/planningnotice at any time and in person at the second-floor counter in City Hall, Monday to Friday, from December 19, 2023 to January 9, 2024, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:30am to 5pm.

Please note that City Hall will be closed from 12 noon, December 22, 2023 and reopening on January 2, 2024
