Notice of first and second reading for Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3431 (3337 Viewmount Drive)

Where: Electronic meeting or by in-person attendance in Council Chambers, City Hall, 100 Newport Dr., Port Moody, B.C. (see portmoody.ca/councilmeeting for details)

Port Moody Council will consider first and second reading of the following Zoning Amendment Bylaw for an RS1-S (Single Detached Residential – Small Lot) application:

• Bylaw No. 3431 – City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw, 2018, No. 2937, Amendment Bylaw No. 87, 2023, No. 3431 (3337 Viewmount Drive) (RS1-S) 

Pursuant to section 464(2) of the Local Government Act and section 9.16 of Development Approval Procedures Bylaw No. 3417, a Public Hearing will not be held.

Copies of the bylaw can also be inspected in person at the second-floor counter in City Hall, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:30am to 5pm.
