Notice of Consideration: Temporary Use Permit (3012 Murray Street) – March 11, 2025

When: Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 7pm
Where: Regular Council Meeting, attended by electronic meeting or by in-person attendance in Council Chambers, City Hall, 100 Newport Dr., Port Moody, B.C. (see portmoody.ca/councilmeetings for details and instructions)

Port Moody Council will consider approval of issuance of the following Temporary Use Permit (TUP) to allow the temporary addition of Assembly, Retail, Office and Liquor Primary Establishment uses at 3012 Murray Street. The temporary uses are proposed for a period of three years with the option to renew for an additional three years at the discretion of Council.

Copies of the permit can be inspected online at portmoody.ca/tup at any time and in person at the second-floor counter in City Hall, Monday to Friday, from February 21, 2025 to March 11, 2025, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:30am to 5pm.
