Notice of Consideration of Annual Report – June 17, 2024

When: Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 7pm

Where: Electronic meeting or by in-person attendance in Council Chambers, City Hall, 100 Newport Dr., Port Moody, B.C. (see portmoody.ca/councilmeetings for details)

In accordance with Sections 97–99 of the Community Charter, Port Moody Council has prepared an annual report, which is available for public inspection and comment at City Hall (100 Newport Drive) starting June 3, 2024. The report contains 2023 department highlights, financial statements, and statistical analysis. It also outlines how the City met goals set out in the 2023–2026 Council Strategic Plan.

Council will consider the report and public comments at the Regular Council Meeting on June 25 starting at 7pm, 100 Newport Drive.     

Copies of the annual report are available for review in-person at the first-floor Finance counter at City Hall, 100 Newport Drive, or online at portmoody.ca/publicnotices.

You may comment directly to Council at the Regular Council Meeting on June 25, 2024, by joining the electronic meeting as a participant or attending in-person. Visit portmoody.ca/councilmeetings for instructions on how to join the electronic meeting.
