Notice of Consideration: City of Port Moody Council Procedure Bylaw – December 17, 2024

At their November 26, 2024, Regular Council meeting, Port Moody Council gave the first three readings to proposed City of Port Moody Council Procedure Bylaw, 2023, No. 3393, Amendment Bylaw No. 2, 2024, No. 3496. A Council Procedure Bylaw establishes the general procedures that Council follows in conducting their business. Pursuant to Section 124(3) of the Community Charter, the Council of City of Port Moody will consider adoption of the following proposed bylaw at the Special Council meeting:

Copies of the bylaw can be inspected in person at the Legislative Services counter on the first floor in City Hall, Monday to Friday, from November 29, 2024 to December 17, 2024, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:30am to 5pm.
