Notice of Proposed Zoning Bylaw without a Public Hearing (3055 Murray Street) – June 23, 2026

When: June 23, 2026, at 7pm
Where: At the Regular Council meeting, attend by electronic meeting or in-person attendance in Council Chambers, City Hall, 100 Newport Dr., Port Moody, B.C. (see portmoody.ca/councilmeetings for details and instructions)

Port Moody Council will consider first, second, and third readings of a text amendment to the CD82 zone to expand the permitted principal uses for Building 3 to permit additional general commercial uses on the ground floor. Pursuant to sections 464(2) of the Local Government Act, a Public Hearing will not be held.

Copies of the bylaw and information package can be inspected online at portmoody.ca/planning at any time and in person at the second-floor counter in City Hall, Monday to Friday, from June 5 to June 23, 2026 excluding statutory holidays, from 8:30am to 5pm.
