Notice of Proposed Temporary Use Permit (3001 St. Johns Street) – June 23, 2026

When: June 23, 2026, at 7pm
Where: At the Regular Council meeting, attend by electronic meeting or in-person attendance in Council Chambers, City Hall, 100 Newport Dr., Port Moody, B.C. (see portmoody.ca/councilmeetings for details and instructions)
Port Moody Council will consider approval of issuance of the following Temporary Use Permit to permit the continued operation of a presentation centre and a licensed coffee shop – which includes a food-primary liquor license. The temporary use is proposed for a period of three years with the option to renew for an additional three years at the discretion of Council:
Copies of the draft permit can be inspected online at portmoody.ca/tup at any time and in person at the second-floor counter in City Hall, Monday to Friday, from June 5, 2026 to June 23, 2026, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:30am to 5pm. If you believe your property is affected by this Temporary Use Permit application, you may comment directly to Council at the Regular Council Meeting on June 23, 2026, by joining the electronic meeting as a participant or attending in person.
