Rocky Point Park
Rocky Point Park at 2800 Murray Street is Port Moody's best-known park. It's a popular destination where you can enjoy the Burrard Inlet from our recreational pier, play at the playground, or hike along the Shoreline Trail. You can also rent a kayak or paddleboard, enjoy fish and chips and an ice cream cone, or sit on the patio at a waterfront restaurant. Park and shelter bookings are also available.
The spray parks are usually open for the May long weekend. and typically remain open until September. When open, spray park hours are 9am to 8pm, weather permitting.
REMINDER: Recreational use of drones is not allowed in parks
Section 15 (e) of the Parks and Community Facilities Rules and Regulations Bylaw No. 2894 states that:
"No person shall engage in activities involving high speed projectiles, including golf, archery, war games, radio controlled aircraft or cars in a Park or Community Facility unless such activities are specifically authorized by the Manager of Parks or the Community Facilities Manager."
