Our registration system allows you to search, register, and pay for your favourite programs from the comfort of your own home - any device, any day, any time! If you haven't registered for a program with us in the last year, you may need to set up a new recreation account prior to registration. Withdrawal Fee Policy

A withdrawal fee of $10.00 will be charged to anyone who withdraws from a program less than 8 days before the start of a program. This fee will be charged until the end of the second class. No refunds are granted after the end of the second class. This fee has been implemented to keep more registration spots open and deter individuals from registering for more programs than they intend to use.

How to Withdraw from a Program Online

It is possible to withdraw online 24 hrs after you have made payment. To withdraw from a program that you’re registered in online you need to do the following:

Log into your account and select the person whose course information you want to view. Scroll down to "schedules" and click to expand. The courses which you have registered for will appear in the calendar, however you need to "switch to list view" and then find the course you would like to withdraw from and click on "Actions" on the right hand side and select withdraw.  There are a few courses where we are experiencing technical issues and the "withdraw button will not appear, plus some courses do not allow online withdrawals. Program refund Policy

We will gladly refund your account, for any reason, within the first or second class of our registered programs. Refunds will not be issued after the second class. For camps, workshops, private lessons and 1-day programs including Pro-D days, one week notice is required.

Early Learners Playschool requires one-month notice, in writing, at the beginning of the month. Refunds for programs paid by cash will be issued in the form of a cheque mailed out to participants once refund request has been processed. Refunds will be prorated accordingly.

  2. Enter your name and details. Make sure that the primary contact is over 19 years of age.
  3. Enter details for all of your family members. Please note that you will not be able to change birth dates online after entering them for the first time, changes will require proof of age at our facility.

  1. How can I find out what my password is?
    • Go to the "Login" screen and press "Forgot your password" and follow the instructions. Check your email inbox for mail with the subject line: "Your Login Information for City of Port Moody” or “Your Password”.  The email will be sent from and will include your temporary assigned password to login.
  2. What if I don't have an email address?
    • You can set up your account and register in person or over the phone at the Recreation Complex or Kyle Centre
  3. How will customers' personal information be secured in the new registration system?
    • Our system meets the industry standard for encryption and security measures to protect people’s personal information. 

    • At the same time, we strongly encourage our users to choose a strong password and also be diligent in protecting their personal  information and account details.
