Public Skating
Adult drop-in skate is offered in the curling rink starting April 3 on Monday and Fridays at 11:30am

Public skating in the arena runs October - March
- Booking is highly recommended to guarantee a spot, drop-ins will be allowed if space permits
- Booking opens 25 hours prior to each sessions
- Family admission rates are available, please phone 604-469-4556 to register for this rate
- Skate and helmet rentals must be pre-purchased online at the time of booking (with the exception of Youth Toonie Skate), keep in mind that hockey skates fit 1-2 sizes smaller than shoe size, figure skates fit the same as shoe size
Public skating rules and regulations
In order to ensure that everyone is able to enjoy and stay safe, you must abide by the following rules:
- All children seven and under must be with a parent or adult supervisor
- CSA-approved hockey, ski or snowboard helmets are mandatory for children 10 and under
- Children in strollers must be a minimum of 12 months of age and wear a helmet on the ice
- No jumping or twirling during public skates
- Full hockey equipment required including a CSA approved helmet with visor/face cage for all hockey sessions
- Hockey gloves and CSA approved helmet with visor/face cage required for all Ring, Stick and Puck sessions
- Stick and Puck sessions are recreational, non-competitive hockey
