Summer 2020 fitness programming 

As you may have expected, our summer fitness schedule will look quite different this year, however we are pleased to offer a limited number of registered drop-in fitness and yoga classes.  Registered, group outdoor fitness classes take place on Trasolini Field, yoga classes take place on the adjecent warm up turf.  Registered group spin classes will resume the week of August 4 in the curling rink.  

Participants must register for each class individually through our online booking system.  The price per class is $5. Fitness memberships will not be accepted at this time, however, participants with a current monthly membership will pay $4 per class.

Registered Outdoor Group Fitness and Yoga Schedule

  • Classes take place on Trasolini Field and warm up turf.
  • Participants must register for each class individually through our online booking system.
  • Registration will take place on a weekly basis and will open up on the Friday prior to each week's classes.  
  • All classes will run rain or shine aside from yoga. Yoga participants will receive an email 1-hour prior to class should the session be cancelled. Alternatively, participants can check the status online.
  • Please bring your own mat, towel, and water bottle and please note that the Recreation Complex will remain closed with no access to washrooms.
