Summer 2024 Aquatics Lesson Registration

Registration for Summer 2024 Aquatics Lessons begins promptly at 8am online:

• Port Moody Residents: Tuesday, June 11, 2024
• Non-Residents: Thursday, June 13, 2024

Registration Requirements:

1. Previous Participants: If you have previously taken lessons with us and have not completed lessons elsewhere since, your information is up-to-date. You can register online starting Tuesday, June 11.

2. New Participants or Those with Lessons Elsewhere: You must complete one of the following options before registration:

   • Bring the latest report card or a completed swim assessment to the front desk at the Recreation Complex to update your account immediately.
   • Email a picture or scanned copy of the latest report card or a completed swim assessment to recreation@portmoody.ca. The email must include the participant's first and last name, age, as well as the primary account member's name and phone number.

   Please allow 72 hours for information processing before registration.

Once you have completed the steps above, please call (604) 469-4556 to confirm that your account is ready for registration.

Refund and Withdrawal Fee Policy

A full refund will be provided when the withdrawal occurs one week or more before the start of the program or camp.  If you are withdrawing one week before the start date, the withdrawal must occur before the start time of the program to get the full refund.  A withdrawal fee will not be charged.

For Camps ● Swim Lessons ● Private Lessons ● Workshops ● One-day programs/events, there will be no refund with less than one week notice.

Pro-rated refunds will be provided for all other programs up to the start of the third class. A $10 withdrawal fee will apply.

Refund is defined as returning of fees to the original form of payment. A fee of $10.00 will be charged for all withdrawals from a program less than one week before the start of the program. This fee will be charged until the start of the third class. No refunds will be granted after the start of the third class.
