Connect with others and enjoy family-friendly activities at Rocky Point Park on Canada Day

Connect on Canada Day

The City of Port Moody invites you to connect with family, friends, and neighbours at Rocky Point Park (2800 block Murray Street) on Canada Day, July 1. Join us for great music, family fun, and creative crafts as part of the Golden Spike Days Festival.

“Canada Day is a time to honour and embrace the diverse cultures and communities that make our city and our country such an amazing place to live,” says Mayor Meghan Lahti. “Let’s connect with each other through food, music, and activities for all ages, as well as a special ceremony hosted by Council on July 1 at 1pm. This ceremony is an important opportunity for us to recognize the Coast Salish Nations on whose traditional territory the city of Port Moody resides, and to extend our appreciation for the opportunity to live, work, and gather on these lands. On behalf of Council, I hope you’ll join us on Canada Day as we come together to have fun and build community connections.”

Join us for the following family-friendly activities on June 30 and July 1, 2025:
