Notice of Intent: Land Disposition

Pursuant to Section 26 of the Community Charter, the City of Port Moody intends to transfer a portion of the closed Foresthill Place road allowance, shown on the proposed subdivision plan of Map 1, having an area of approximately 0.06 ha (0.16 ac) appraised at approximately $700,000 in exchange for approximately 1.63 ha (4.02 ac) of parkland appraised at approximately $702,000.

The City of Port Moody intends to dispose of this property by transfer to North Arc Properties Ltd, owner of the adjacent lands known as 622 Foresthill Place for consolidation with their development site in exchange for transferring 1.63 ha (4.02 ac) of parkland to the City.

Map 1 illustrates the road closure area, the parkland area and the consolidated site boundary. The heavy red line outlines the portion of closed road to be transferred from the City to the applicant, and the heavy green line outlines the property to be transferred in exchange, from the applicant to the City.
