You can book park space and outdoor facilities in the City of Port Moody year-round. We have two picnic shelter areas available for you to rent. You can also rent the PCT Stage in Rocky Point Park and general areas in a park. You can book for the current year only. The cut-off time for the current weekend is the Friday before at noon.

Picnic shelter bookings are available for the following times:

  • 10am-2:30pm
  • 3:30pm-8pm

If the date you request is available, we will email you the contract, terms and conditions and payment information. By signing the contract, you agree to the terms & conditions.

Please read the rules and regulations for using our parks and community facilities. If you're hosting a special event, additional insurance and permits could be required.

Old Orchard Park

Rocky Point Park

At Rocky Point Park, you can book a picnic shelter or rent the PCT Stage. The pier, the gazebo at the entrance to the pier, and the boardwalks around the park are public access areas and not available for private use. Wedding ceremonies are limited to the PCT stage area.

PCT Stage Rentals

You can rent the PCT Stage for small private functions, like weddings, for two hours (excluding special events). You can bring up to 10 chairs to place next to the stage if you have any guests who need them. You can also book more space around the stage.
