Youth ages 13 and up are welcome to use the walking track, attend fitness classes and registered fitness programs.
Teens 16 years and older can train in the weight room and use the walking track at any time as long as they have a pass.
Teens 13-15, must register for and complete an orientation before they can use our weight room.
Weight room orientation
Teens ages 13-15 who would like to use the weight room will need to register for and complete a weight room orientation session before they will be able to purchase a pass or drop-in session.
Parents/Guardians will need to create a family recreation account which includes their teen.
The 30 minute orientation will review the policies, procedures and etiquette for the weight room. We will show you the facility and provide tips on how to use and treat our equipment.
Once the orientation is complete, accounts will be updated with a new photo and record of the completed orientation.
Teens wishing to set up an account and register for an orientation in person will need to show government issued picture ID.
