We believe that participation in recreation activities benefits all members of the community. If you are a low-income resident, living in Port Moody, you may qualify for the Leisure Access Program. This program offers access to recreation programs and services at a reduced cost.

Apply for the leisure access program

Fill out the Leisure Access Program application form and submit it to the Recreation Complex or Kyle Centre or email it. Make sure to attach the following documents with your application:

  • government issued photo identification
