Drop-in Gymnasium

Gym sessions include Adult sports, Drop-in Parent and Children and Drop-in Youth Sports. You can view the complete schedule and book your session online, or you can book by calling (604)469-4556.  

Face masks are recommended in all public indoor settings for people 12 and older who are not yet fully vaccinated.

Adult Sports:

  • includes badminton, basketball, floor hockey, and soccer
  • we have returned to individual registration for drop-in adult sports during the week 
  • group booking will remain on the weekends only
  • 2 v 2 play is permitted for badminton and pickleball
  • 5 v 5 play is permitted for basketball, floor hockey, soccer with a maximum of 2 subs per side 
  • you must bring all your own equipment - balls, sticks, paddles, birdies, rackets, etc.

Drop-in Parent and Children

  • for one parent and up to 3 children, primary participant needs to be 16
  • available nets are volleyball, hockey, pickleball, badminton or soccer
  • you must bring all your own equipment - balls, sticks, paddles, birdies, rackets, etc.

Be sure to:

  • arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your start time – no late entry will be permitted;
  • enter through the "Gym" entrance at the side of the building, and exit through the gym doors
  • come prepared – bring a full water bottle and wear workout clothes, as there will be no access to change rooms, lockers, or cubbyholes (you’ll keep any personal items with you)
