College Park Community Association |
The College Park Community Association hosts annual events and social gatherings, such as an Easter egg hunt, pool party, family skating, caroling, and block party. |
Glenayre Community Association |
The Glenayre Community Association is a community group for those living in the Glenayre subdivision and surrounding area. Our organization provides residents with important notices and information about our community. We also host family-friendly events, such as firework nights, an Easter egg hunt, and a Christmas light competition. |
Klahanie Community Association |
The Klahanie Community Association is a community group for residents living in the Klahanie community in Port Moody. We host a series of special events for holidays, arts and crafts, and garage sales. We also offer health and wellness classes and facilitate neighbourhood groups, such as traffic safety and neighbourhood watch. |
Pleasantside Community Association |
The Pleasantside Community Association is a community group that supports our residents with a number of events, including the Penguin Plunge, Boat Festival, community dances, and more! |

Since 1969, ArtsConnect has been helping to make art a part of people's everyday lives as the Tri-Cities Arts Council serving Port Moody Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Anmore and Belcarra. |
Blackberry Artist's Society |
The Blackberry Artist's Society (BAS) is a co-op of local artists with approximately 20 to 30 members. They work in a wide range of artistic mediums. You can view and purchase their art through the Blackberry Gift Shop, located in POMOArts. |
Bohart Arts Society |
Bohart is creating a dynamic place of artistic, social and cultural activity in Port Moody as a multidisciplinary contemporary arts institution. Bohart will bring people together around the arts of today through a curated program of exhibitions, performances, conversations, screenings, and publications that illuminate the places where creative disciplines intersect and interact, and inform each other. Bohart has undertaken a number of exhibitions, screenings, publications and a public art exhibition in Port Moody since incorporating as a non-profit society in British Columbia in 2013. |
Golden Spike Days Society |
The Golden Spike Days Society runs the annual Golden Spike Days Festival. This festival commemorates the construction of the Canadian Pacific Railway, which was completed in Port Moody in the late 1880s and is symbolic of the unification of Canada. |
Inlet Theatre Music Series |
The Inlet Theatre Music Series began in September 2022 with live monthly concerts featuring a variety of musicians and musical genres! Their mission is to bring quality live music to Port Moody to enrich the heart and soul of the community. |
Ioco Players |
The Ioco Players is for lovers of theatre arts; small plays, musicals and revues, readers' theatre, in-concert, play readings, and other intimate and innovative theatre activities for adults in Port Moody and surrounding area. The goal is to have fun, create, and build a more connected and energized theatre community for all in the City of the Arts. |
Pacific Digital Photography Club |
The Pacific Digital Photography Club was founded in 2004 to create a stimulating, non-competitive learning environment by sharing photographic knowledge through technical demonstrations, member presentations and forums. They have guest photographers, instructional evenings, member's nights, workshops and photographic outings. |
Port Moody Art Association |
The Port Moody Art Association is made up of more than 100 local artists. They showcase their work throughout the City in a variety of exhibits including their Annual Sale and ongoing exhibits at Eagle Ridge Hospital and the Port Moody Police Station. |
Port Moody Arts Centre Society |
The Port Moody Arts Centre Society operates POMOArts. POMOArts is a not-for-profit community arts organization mandated to develop, promote, and celebrate the visual, performing, and literary arts in Port Moody. You can take part in one of their art classes, workshops, and lessons or spend time admiring the exhibitions on display. Visit the Arts Centre at 2425 St. Johns Street. |
Port Moody Film Society |
The Port Moody Film Society encourages an appreciation for film and dramatic arts. They hold monthly film viewings, annual festivals, film screenings, and regularly showcase films and filmmakers. |
Port Moody Heritage Society |
Visit POMO Museum and step back in time! The museum is operated by the Port Moody Heritage Society and hosts a variety of educational programs and events. The museum contains an impressive collection of artifacts and historical displays. Exhibits include the historic Port Moody Station, a 100-year old train station, and the Venosta, a restored 1920s railcar. Stop by the museum at 2734 Murray Street to check it out. |
Port Moody Rock and Gem Club |
The Port Moody Rock and Gem Club provides facilities and events for those interested in the lapidary arts and earth sciences. Their lapidary workshop at Kyle Centre provides members with the tools needed to work stone for both jewelry and display. The membership meets monthly and participates in fieldtrips. |
Summer Suns Productions |
Summer Suns Productions hosts the annual Summer Sundays free concert series. The concert series runs throughout July and August and takes place at the performance stage in Rocky Point Park. They feature local and international musicians. |
Tri-City Potters |
Tri-City Potters is a non-profit society founded in 2007 to encourage awareness and learning about the ceramic arts. Their membership includes those who appreciate or collect ceramic art, as well as professional and recreational potters and ceramicists. They have monthly meetings that often include a guest speaker, demonstration or discussion, or short hands-on workshop. |
Yarilo Contemporary Music Society |
Yarilo’s mission is to explore new ideas in the contemporary repertory and present them in novel ways by involving other disciplines (poetry, multi-media, ballet). |
