The City of Port Moody invites residents and visitors to celebrate Culture Days – September 29 and 30, and October 1, 2017 – along with thousands of artists, organizations, and communities across Canada.

The idea behind Culture Days is to offer free, hands-on activities that encourage the public to go behind the scenes and discover the world of arts and culture. In Port Moody, participants can follow clues in an arts- and heritage-themed scavenger hunt, explore Rocky Point Park from indoors at City Hall using virtual reality hardware, or enjoy a finale performance by Port Moody’s artist-caretaker-in-residence, internationally-renowned contemporary juggler Ryan Mellors.

Looking for more? Head to the Port Moody Station Museum to paint a tile for our community’s Canada 150 Mosaic, or grab a seat at Inlet Theatre and find out what went into the production of a 1920s radio show. Join us as we create, participate, and share during Culture Days 2017.
