Notice of Public Hearing – September 5, 2023

Port Moody Council is holding a Public Hearing to consider the following proposed bylaws:

• City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw, 2018, No. 2937, Amendment Bylaw No. 82, 2023, No. 3411 (3330-3340 Henry Street) (RS1-S)
• City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw, 2018, No. 2937, Amendment Bylaw No. 85, 2023, No. 3415 (1005 Westmount Drive) (RS1-S)
• City of Port Moody Official Community Plan Bylaw, 2014, No. 2955, Amendment Bylaw No. 34, 2023, No. 3421 (2407-2419 Clarke Street, 85 Kyle Street, and 50 Queens Street) AND City of Port Moody Heritage Revitalization Agreement Bylaw, 2023, No. 3420 (2407-2421 Clarke Street, 85 Kyle Street, and 50 Queens Street
