Port Moody Council is holding a Public Hearing to consider the following proposed bylaws:
- City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw, 2018, No. 2937, Amendment Bylaw No. 82, 2023, No. 3411 (3330-3340 Henry Street) (RS1-S)
- City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw, 2018, No. 2937, Amendment Bylaw No. 85, 2023, No. 3415 (1005 Westmount Drive) (RS1-S)
- City of Port Moody Official Community Plan Bylaw, 2014, No. 2955, Amendment Bylaw No. 34, 2023, No. 3421 (2407-2419 Clarke Street, 85 Kyle Street, and 50 Queens Street) AND City of Port Moody Heritage Revitalization Agreement Bylaw, 2023, No. 3420 (2407-2421 Clarke Street, 85 Kyle Street, and 50 Queens Street
If you believe your property is affected by these applications, you may comment directly to Council at the Public Hearing on September 5, 2023 by joining the electronic meeting as a participant or attending in person. Visit portmoody.ca/ph for instructions on how to join the electronic meeting.
