Port Moody Council will consider the following proposed Heritage Revitalization Agreement Bylaw for first, second, and third readings.  Pursuant to sections 464(3) of the Local Government Act and section 9.17 of Development Approval Procedures Bylaw, No. 3417, a Public Hearing will not be held.

The purpose of the proposed bylaw is to establish a program through a Heritage Revitalization Agreement (HRA) Bylaw for the relocation/restoration of the P. Burns Building, along with development control, usually established through zoning, with detailed architectural and landscape plans also forming part of the HRA Bylaw.

Copies of the bylaw and information package can be inspected online at portmoody.ca/planningnotice at any time and in person at the second-floor counter in City Hall, Monday to Friday, from November 7, 2024, to November 26, 2024, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:30am to 5pm.
