Notice of Heritage Revitalization Agreement Bylaw Without Public Hearing – Bylaw 3491

Port Moody Council will consider the following proposed Heritage Revitalization Agreement Bylaw for first, second, and third readings.  Pursuant to sections 464(3) of the Local Government Act and section 9.17 of Development Approval Procedures Bylaw, No. 3417, a Public Hearing will not be held.

• City of Port Moody Heritage Revitalization Agreement Bylaw, 2024, No. 3491 (2407-2421 Clarke Street, 85 Kyle Street, and 50 Queens Street)

The purpose of the proposed bylaw is to establish a program through a Heritage Revitalization Agreement (HRA) Bylaw for the relocation/restoration of the P. Burns Building, along with development control, usually established through zoning, with detailed architectural and landscape plans also forming part of the HRA Bylaw.
