Notice of first, second, and third reading for Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3451 (1035 Ioco Road)
When: Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 7pm
Where: Electronic meeting or by in-person attendance in Council Chambers, City Hall, 100 Newport Dr., Port Moody, B.C. (see portmoody.ca/councilmeetings for details)
Port Moody Council will consider the following proposed bylaw for first, second, and third reading. Pursuant to sections 464(2) and (3) of the Local Government Act and section 9.16 of Development Approval Procedures Bylaw, No. 3417, a Public Hearing will not be held.
Copies of the bylaw and information package can be inspected online or in-person at the second-floor counter in City Hall, Monday to Friday, from March 20, 2024 to April 9, 2024, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:30am to 5pm. You can also contact staff at planning@portmoody.ca or 604.469.4540 with any questions.
Please note that City Hall will be closed for statutory holidays on Friday, March 29 and Monday, April 1, 2024.
