A registered Kinesiologist is available to provide personalized exercise rehabilitation programs determined by an assessment and based on your individual needs, and recommendations from medical professionals.
If you have physical limitations, recurring injury, and chronic illnesses such as osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes, stroke rehabilitation or cardiac rehabilitation, an exercise program will be designed to enhance strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, stamina, circulation and quality of life.

Our top-rated instructors can design a class to meet your specific needs, whether it's spinning, boot camp, yoga, Pilates or dryland training. You can book a single class or weekly sessions.
