Bring a cash or food donation for SHARE Family and Community Services & get into the festive spirit at this great annual event!

When: Saturday, December 19, 2015 
Where: Port Moody Rec Complex, 300 Ioco Road

3-4:50pm - Tons of pre-train activities!
4:50pm - CP Holiday Train scheduled to arrive
5-5:30pm - Jim Cuddy, Devin Cuddy and Kelly Prescott perform

Parking: The Civic Centre parking lot will be very busy the evening of December 19. If you’re coming to the event, think about walking, biking or taking the bus. There is also overflow parking at Inlet Field on Murray Street.

Pre-train activities

Hot Chocolate


Outside by Trasolini Field: Warm up by the bonfire and get a cup of hot chocolate, a hotdog, or chili by donation between 3-4:50pm - all donations benefit SHARE. You’ll really get into the spirit with games, and festive tunes by the Port Moody Community Band & Moody Middle Choir. The bonfire is provided by off duty IAFF members and Port Moody Fire Rescue Volunteers who are donating their time.



In the Port Moody Recreation Complex Wellness Room: We’ve got popcorn, juice, and cookie decorating lined up, along with some amazing carolers (Amanda Lau, Caitlyn Hamilton & Tom MacDonald). Get your face painted, do some colouring and hang out with Santa and the SHARE Bear between 3-4:50pm.

On Arena 2 at the Port Moody Recreation Complex: Take a lap around the rink at our free Family Skate! Get on the ice between 2:30-4pm. The Skate Shop is open at 2pm, and limited rentals are available. Limited admission too - first come, first skate!

CP Holiday Train Arrives

Don't miss the CP Holiday Train's dramatic arrival, scheduled for 4:50pm. Get ready to sing classic Christmas tunes with Jim Cuddy, Devin Cuddy and Kelly Prescott. These three standout performers are definitely ready to entertain the crowd!


What’s it all for? We’re encouraging people to bring a cash or food donation to the event for SHARE Family and Community Services. SHARE does a lot in our community - find out about all the programs they run here. Last year we raised over 1,410 lbs of food and $1,362.67 - let's try and beat that goal!
