How to Pay your Utility Bill

1. Pay online
   Easy. Convenient. Secure. Pay your utility bill online. To enter your account number, refer to the top centre of your utility bill.
2. Pay using telephone or internet banking
   Pay via your home computer or telephone. Payments can be made when it is convenient for you! Remember to include your utility account number (from the top of your bill) as a reference when making payments.

4. Pay at your bank
   Save time! Pay your utilities when you do your banking. Accepted by most financial institutions.
5. Pay by mail drop
   Drop your payment off using the "Finance" drop box located at the rear of City Hall (available 24 hours).
6. Pay in person
   Bring your bill and payment to City Hall, Financial Services Division (main floor), Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.  Accepted forms of payment for utilities are cash, Debit, cheque, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. 

Please note:  MasterCard, Visa and American Express are only accepted for utility payments made online at and in person at City Hall. We do not accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express for the payment of taxes.
