Location: 120 Water Street (Rezoning Application #6700-20-156)
Applicant: Dean Garvin Pomeroy
Purpose: To rezone the subject property outlined on the map to One-Family Residential (RS1) to permit consideration of the subdivision of the lot into two one-family residential lots.
What’s it about: The owner of 120 Water Street has applied to rezone the existing property from Acreage Reserve (A1) to One-Family Residential (RS1). If the rezoning bylaw is adopted, it will allow for consideration of the subdivision of the property into two one-family residential lots.
