Public Hearing Notice: 2514 St. George

Port Moody Council is holding a Public Hearing to consider the following proposed bylaw (Bylaw No. 3130):

2514 St. George

Location: 2514 St. George Street (Rezoning Application #6700-20-164)
Applicant: CityState Consulting Services Inc.
Purpose: The owner of 2514 St. George Street has applied to rezone the existing property from One-Family Residential (RS1) to the Single Detached – Small Lot Zone (RS1-S). If the rezoning bylaw is adopted, it will allow for consideration of the subdivision of the property into two small lots.
