Applicant: William Laidler
Purpose: The owner of 211 Mount Royal Drive has applied to rezone the existing property from One-Family Residential (RS1) to the Single Detached – Small Lot Zone (RS1-S). If the rezoning bylaw is adopted, it will allow for consideration of the subdivision of the property into two small lots.
