Port Moody Council will consider issuing the following Development Variance Permit:
Proposed Variance to Zoning Bylaw 1988, No. 1890, including:
To reduce the required parking spaces for the uses in the building at 2414 St. Johns St. from 39 parking spaces to 33 parking spaces.
Applicant: Gaetan Royer
Location: 2414 St Johns St
Purpose: The Development Variance Permit application is required to allow for a revised parking layout at 2414 St. Johns St. which results in the provision of 33 parking spaces, 6 less than the Zoning Bylaw requirement for the uses on-site.
