Terms of Use

By accessing and using maps provided through the City of Port Moody’s (the “City”) website, you (the “User”) indicate your acceptance of and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree with such terms and conditions, do not access, save or use any of the maps provided on the City of Port Moody’s website.

1. The User acknowledges and agrees that the City’s maps are provided by the City to the User for the User's convenience and reference and that the City of Port Moody makes no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to the accuracy, quality, completeness or appropriateness of the information contained on the City’s maps for a particular use.
2. The User will use the City’s maps only for the User’s own internal business and personal purposes and may not re-sell, sublicense, or operate a service bureau using the City’s maps, or otherwise reproduce, publish or disseminate the City’s maps for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the City of Port Moody.
3. The User hereby releases the City from, and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless The City from and against, any liability, obligation, costs (including without limitation legal costs), expenses, claims, actions, proceedings, damages and penalties to the User or any other person or legal entity resulting from or related to the use, disclosure or reproduction of or reliance on the maps.
